Supported Independent Living and Community Participation
Community participation is part and parcel of the daily living activities for participants of our supported independent living Victoria. We realize that living independently is not just about managing life’s daily tasks; it includes actively being involved with the community. Our community participation activities are very diverse, servicing the needs and preferences of our SIL participants.
We support and encourage our SIL participants to gain new life experiences, engage with others, and become involved in activities that will enrich their lives. From attending community events and local clubs, to joining in on the fun, our Supported Independent Living Victoria services are developed to support the participant in reaching their full potential.
Short Term Accommodation and Respite Care
Besides our community participation services, Pulse for Life also hosts short term accommodation Melbourne, which helps participants seeking respite or some time out from the general living arrangements. Our services provide a safe, supportive space within which participants of the NDIS can engage in community activities, make new friends, and get a break from the usual routine.
